Compleo compares the supplier information on the invoice received with the information already stored in your system (address, IBAN, etc.).
The solution then verifies the correspondence between the invoice and all associated documents: purchase order(s) and order receipt(s).

When an inconsistency is detected (e.g., the difference between amounts ordered and delivered or vendor info on the invoice and system), users get notified so that they can check the information automatically captured. Our solution automates PDF to XML and creates parked invoices in SAP. It can push and pull data, no matter what version you’re using, via BAPI/RFC. This makes it easy to log invoices into SAP without manual intervention.
